One-On-One Executive Coaching
The executive coaching engagement is typically 12-20 weeks in length with one-on-one coaching sessions conducted bi-weekly, either in person or via web conferencing. The Sherpa coaching process has been used to improve performance metrics in many types of organizations from Fortune 500 companies to health care organizations of all sizes. Additionally, we use the Immunity to Change™ model in our one on one coaching.
Coaching 360’s
We use the DiSC 363™ and the Leadership circle to collect feedback for you and then develop a coaching action plan. We complement these electronic 360’s with a Matrix Interview Style 360 to give a balanced, fair and full perspective of your leadership strengths and weaknesses. We then coach you towards leadership change from your 360. We take your 360 results out of the drawer and into the workplace.
Matrix Coach Development Curriculum
Are you a new coach or a coach new to healthcare arena? We will work with you as a mentor, practice resource and coach educator to help you move from the classroom to the boardroom. Our curriculum will be customized to your needs and might include bringing brain science to your coaching, mental health literacy and practice management.
