One-On-One Executive Coaching

The executive coaching engagement is typically 12-20 weeks in length with one-on-one coaching sessions conducted weekly, either in person or via web conferencing. The Sherpa coaching process has been used to improve performance metrics in many types of organizations from Fortune 500 companies to health care organizations of all sizes.

Leadership Development

We can provide a 2-4 day leadership intensive for the leader who has been placed in unfamiliar terrain. This leadership intensive will immerse you in the theory and practice of effective leadership and allow you to explore a variety of leadership styles and tools. We will customize the curriculum based on your exact experience and current needs. This leadership intensive can be coupled with a one-on-one executive coaching engagement or an ongoing series of day-long leadership practicums to help you stay on track with your leadership development.

Coaching 360’s

We use the DiSC 363 and the PDI- Ninth House 360 to collect feedback for you and then develop a coaching action plan. We then coach you to results from your 360. We take your 360 results out of the drawer and into the workplace.

    • Matrix Executive Coaching has changed how I view myself as a leader. From the start the experience has been transformational, beginning with identifying targeted areas for improvement followed by practicing and mastering techniques. Ann's individual coaching challenged me to find the best parts of myself. If you are ready to go to the next level, Ann will show you the way.

    • I was presented with the opportunity to take part in a professional coaching engagement by my department chair during a time when I was transitioning from a resident (in-training) physician to an attending (supervising) physician. At that time I was also taking on a management role within the department. Matrix Executive Coaching, particularly Dr. Chinnis, was an integral part of this transition. Not only did it help me solidify my strengths and identify and correct my weaknesses, but I learned techniques and tools for management that have proven invaluable in my professional activities. I would highly recommend this program to anyone in a professional transition or anyone who wishes to improve their management skills. Not only will this help me deal with the inevitable professional challenges that arrive, but I have the confidence and abilities to use my strengths to my advantage and prevent my weaknesses from holding me back.
