Immunity to Change™ Facilitation

The Immunity to Change™ model offers powerful insights for a group or team about why it is so difficult to change. The day- long workshop allows participants to construct their own Immunity to change x-ray. At the heart of this coaching model is acquiring an understanding of how individuals and teams have competing commitments and hidden assumptions that obstruct change.

Team Effectiveness and Communication

Perhaps your team doesn’t collaborate well because the members do not communicate well. When a team learns the four basic communication styles through an understanding of DiSC, they begin to form some trust with each other. This program includes a personal style assessment for each participant. They’ll know their own style, when to temper it and when to adapt to others’ styles. Communication between team members improves. Team members begin to understand the advantages and challenges of the team communication style as well. Team members will develop a commitment around new norms of communication.

Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team™ Retreat

Using Patrick Lencione’s model of “The Five Dysfunctions of a Team”, coupled with the insights of DiSC, this assessment and coaching intervention focus a team on opportunities around trust, conflict, commitment, accountability and results. This process can be offered as a 2-3 day retreat or in modules. The retreat focuses on building teamwork as a competitive advantage for your organization.
